New Butlins book - Beachcomber photos

There's an interesting book about to be published about Butlins holiday camps called
"Our true intent is all for your delight".

From the previews I've seen, it features photos from it's Beachcomber Tiki bars, so it could be worth looking out for. Brits might also want to check out the exhibition accompanying the book at the Photographer's Gallery, London from November 29th.

I managed to take a look at the book this weekend and was intrigued to see that the bar at Clacton was known as 'The South Seas Bar'. I wonder if their mugs matched the Beachcomber ones, or if there's another batch of Brit-Tiki mugs out there undiscovered.
