Tiki Torch recall

RECALL: 350,000 tiki torches

The following recall has been announced:

-- About 350,000 tiki torches, manufactured by Lamplight Farms Inc. and sold at Wal-Mart, because the head and cover of the torches can become loose or dislodged during use, allowing the fuel to spill, creating a risk of burn injuries and property damage. Lamplight Farms has received one report of a customer getting second and third degree burns from spilled torch fuel that was ignited by the torch's wick. The torches were sold nationwide at Wal-Mart stores from December 2003 through June 2005. news like this only reinforces my fear, previously expressed in a separate thread, that open flame and folks drinking strong tiki drinks do NOT mix well...

ooh those are cute.. and deadly. geez, if i had these, im not sure i'd want to return 'em..
