I have discovered golf. If there are any TC ohana who can recommend a good (read: cheap and not overcrowded) driving range and/or 9 hole green in the Bay Area, and/or would like to golf with a lousy beginner, PM me! |

Welcome to the club!! I'm actually up in the Bay Area right now, and I have a 7:20 AM time at Cinnabar Hills in San Jose tomorrow morning. When you get your game on, let me know - I LOVE golfing up here!! |

glad to hear that the golf game in stockton was a success! it is pretty tough to find uncrowded and cheap golf places in the bay area. the secret that a few bay area golfers know is that out here (the inland bay area? or whatever crap name they are calling us now) has some of the best and CHEAPEST golf courses around. the hat can point you to a few places if you are interested. but he cant play again anytime soon.... :( |

Hey Dangergirl, I used to play the 9 hole course Pruneridge in Santa Clara inbetween classes in college. Cheap and deep! Who was it that said "Golf is a perfectly good walk in the country, ruined."? Good luck with your game. |
