Tiki Hut Snack Racks - HELP!!!

Aloha,

Our company is creating a tiki hut conversion kit for our health food wire snack racks (Be Happy & Healthy Snacks). We came up with a prototype (see pics below) and are looking for suppliers of thatch and bamboo stakes to create them ourselves or find a source that will make them for us.

We've located some suppliers for the bamboo stakes (5/8") but the thatch has been a problem (either expensive or wasteful to cut to size).

These conversion kits need to be affordable otherwise our customer base will just keep their rack 'as is'.

Any help to locate suppliers is GREATLY appreciated.

Bensons Import also has a great supply of tropical material .They are in so cal also.

Try using Raffia for the thatch, it should be cheaper than real thatch.
