Need some info on these Luau Lunacy mugs...

Got three of these mugs at the flea market last month and finally got some time to post. So what was the Luau Lunacy?? Anybody??

I have a few of those same mold mugs, but with other things silk-screened on the back. They all seem to be fraternity related, so I think they are something the frats could order customized out of a catalog for their event. Mine are all from the mid-1980s, but I'm not sure what region of the country they are from...
