Here's the progress thread on that http://www.tikicentral.com/viewtopic.php?topic=14116&forum=7&67 Up until now I've just been calling it "the tiki bar I'm building in the basement". But now that it's comming together, I want to start calling it by a proper tiki lounge name. So I thought I would host a contest! The contest will end two weeks from today (Nov. 5th). I don't have a pic yet, but the prize will be a resin reproduction of a tiki pendant I'm making. I'll post it as soon as it's finished. Let me know if you need any other imput from me. My family, friends, and co-workers loved hearing all the updated names, and believe me, they loved giving me their opinions. After many nights of deliberation, a name was chosen that we felt best set the mood for our home bar. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the cocktail menu cover for... The Leeward Lounge Pablus will receive a pendant from me. In fact, I have an idea for something special for him. Now where did I put that wet stone? Mahalo to all those who gave me ideas, or just paid attention to this thread. You are all my inspiration for doing this and I'm so lucky to be among such a cool group of ohana. When The Leeward Lounge is complete, you are all welcome to stop by anytime for a drink, just call first! (my wife told me to say that part about calling first :lol: ) BTW, I will show better pics of the menu once there is something printed inside.
