Painting was originally purchased at a SHAG art show in Summer of 2004 from M Modern Gallery in Palm Springs (one of the biggest distributors of Shag artwork in California)

It's an absolutely stunning piece with brilliant shades of purples and vibrant green accents on the tikis. The bold, black, bamboo frame accentuates the tiki theme. One of the best Shag pieces I've seen in the past 5 years! You have to see it in person to truly appreciate it's stunning colors.

It features a CALYPSO GIRL with maracchas who's DANCING to the beat of the BONGO DRUMS being played by a Tiki. Her BLACK CAT is by her side digging the tunes. There are Two purple and vibrant green TIKIS that run along each border. How amazing would this piece be in your tiki room or above your 50's cocktail bar?
