Tucson, Moai, and the Purple Merkins

Anyone know where the photo with the big moai on this page was taken? Maybe this is/was a miniature golf park in Tucson? The link's for the Purple Merkins, a mid-90s garage band from Tucson, so maybe the moai's around there. Could be this same moai is even already documented extensively on another TC thread that I failed to find, but I was just wondering if anyone recognizes it.
