Hawaiian Cake - "Happy Cake"

I've seen the "Happy Cake" company listed in Hawaii Magazine on several occassions & wondering if anyone ever had it?

Mmmmmm! My friend made some some "Hawaiian Happy Cake" in college once. She said one of the ingredients was something she called "Pakalolo", but I could never find it in the spice aisle.
