Blowing by Noon... lets look up top Wind-sock Says?! Yikes after some new tikis arrived in Franks' pants during the Swing'in Ride up... whoopee 'Spring'er Wonderland!' inside the tropics bloom as the equipment made it safe and 'sound' outside, did I see Jack or "heeeere's Johnny!!" (Olympic Village: High Camp, Squaw Valley) inside well prepared with provisions... Mai Tai Fountain.... tart too!!! first set... hot hot Hot! second set... o-so-coool Pin the Part on the Old Fart! cause this dude had an excellent Birthday!!!

My theory is that the flavor of a mai tai is enhanced when you know that big snowflakes are falling outside the front door, and one fully understands the need to temporarily live the spirit of a Pacific paradise. My favorite postacrds of the Kahiki is the one with the picture taken in winter, with the fresh layer of snow, with the flames atop the Moai heads providing a welcome beacon to come inside. Vern
