Newbie search Info. movie and books?

Well first sorry for my poor english,thanks a God i find this forum,i new i,m interested in knows which is the movie of 50's 0r 60's that better catches the idea of the ambient of USA Bachelor of 50's with a great soundtrack, i dont know if this exist but if your put his option i,m very apreciated.

Another thing i,m interesed in know a good magazine or books that anybody that interesed in easy listening,martinis .........that must read
