Great science fiction story dealing with whales that have the ability to speak. Whales should never have been hunted, period. I used to swim in a shallow harbor in hawaii that had no human visitors except us military people. We never felt it was safe to swim unless the dolpins were around. We knew they could kick shark-ass, so we felt safe with them in the water. We tried to touch them, and sometimes they would come close, but immediately swim away at top speed. They were playing with us. Beautiful creatures.
