For those of you who don't have easy access to coconut snow, you might have better luck finding a product called powdered coconut milk. I found mine at the local Asian grocery. Mixing powdered coconut milk with superfine sugar seems to make a decent coconut snow substitute. |

You don't need a coconut snow substitute. The company the makes it is still in business and the quality is a good as ever. They may not be on the web but their contact information has been posted here in the past. You can call them an order a can of it.
