What is the latest info on Sams seafood ???

Please share some info (yes, I used the search) on the latest info about sams. I read all the threads I could find and have no new info. If the decore is to be sold, who is going to sell it?.

Looks like they were filming a movie there. Just drove past and the lot was full of movie trailers. Anyone know what movie? Or ?

I believe a scene in one of this season's episodes of "How I Met Your Mother" was filmed there, complete with Alison Hannigan dressed in hula skirt. Word must be out in Hollywood that it is now an available shooting location.
