That ebay collection looks like a hot sauce bar we went to in Key West. Literally, this bar had at least 1500 hot sauces. AND the owner had tried them all. He LOVED hot sauce. He talked us into buying 12 bottles of different hot sauces, and pickled peppers...which we haven't used to this day. But hey Pea, you open it and they/we will come!
