eBay: Huge Mask on eBay now

Anyone know the story behind this mask? I'm assuming it's just a homemade item but being in Ohio I have to wonder if it came from the Kahliki (the big A-frame restaurant tore down for a walgreens:(

I can say I'm almost sure that was not from the Kahiki.
We just went trough tons of photos at the Kahiki factory,
And it was not in those. Plus I never saw it there.
