Looking for drummer and bass player for Exotica/Surf band

Hey All

Myself and Digitiki are putting together a surf/lounge/exotica band. Basically low volume cocktail exotica. Surf guitar,vibes, bass, drums playing our own stuff as well as some of the surf/exotica classics and some pop covers done exotica style.

We need a drummer and bass player. Drummer would probably be playing sticks and brushes as well as some percussion. Bass could be electric or standup.

Wouldn't be too big a commitment, just maybe 1 day a week (or 2 ) rehearsal, looking to play tiki parties/bars, art shows, tiki events,corporate...whatever.

Good point....We're located in the LA, in the valley area.

Im in Anaheim, and thats a bit too much of a drive.
But keep us posted if you get up and playing , would liek to see a mix of surf/exotica live.

Man I would love to join your band , or one like it . I've got tons of drums and experience , but alas , nobody around this hick town in the Kumamoto boondocks is into it . The closet thing was a Ventures copy band that my wife's cousin used to have . They were damn good and had that Ventures sound down pat .
