Pewter or silver mugs and pendants??

Hi all, I have posted a bunch of my carved glass pieces here and I have the new opportunity to turn my carvings into molds and recreating the designs. I also started playing with sculpting clay again and I made 2 shot glasses tonite as well as 2 pendants( we're also working on loads of jewelery designs).
The studio I am collaborating with uses silver and some pewter. I was wondering what sort of response would be garnered from Tiki designs of mugs/shots, etc., that were pewter and maybe silver.
If things work out well I will probably also do more research into ceramics, but I actually like the idea of metals.
