Other than that, ya got me. Aside from the fact that people like this draw viewers and box office why would anybody in the older generation(s) of show biz ie., Dolly Parton or the producers of this show want to lend their stamp of approval to talentless boobs like this (no pun intended), by inviting them to 'pay tribute' to them at the Kennedy Center. That's like inviting Bozo the Clown to hand out the Nobel Peace Prize.
