Weird photo with Tikis in it! Help Identify the location

I found this picture for sale on the internet a while back and found it interesting. I was curious as to what this place may have been? "The Tikis" in Montebello maybe? It is kind of eerie looking at it and seeing the detailed wall and pillars staring back at you! If anyone has a clue as to this vintage location, please let me know.

Then again, it looks like it could be an entry to a swimming pool...

I'm guessing it might be the thermal bath-houses in Rotorua NZ, those tikis look much more authentic Maori than they do Poly Pop.
