try this

fill rocks glass with ice. add one shot brandy,one half shot creme de minth, one shot peppermint schnapps.fill with half and half and use a candy cane for a stirrer and a sprig of mint for a garnish..enjoy!!

Whaddya call it? Sugar Cane?

I've tried something similar to this recently. I was pretty unhappy with it-- the mint was a little overpowering since there's so much of it in there. I don't think the one I tried had brandy in it. I'll have to give this one a shake.
