Best Toys Ever?

Time to turn that frown upside down and celebrate the fun toys of yesteryear. My neighbor had one of these Whamo Air Blasters and I always got a thrill out watching a candle get snuffed out at 10 feet.

These things are great! They were also used as ray guns in the movie "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians".

Wdat about potatoe launchers?

I wonder if the ones used in the movie where made by WHAM-O or by MARX? Marx was the toy company who supplied the toys for the movie. I think they brought those guns back out with a different design (possibly a different company), I think they go under the name "Air-zookas".

Oh and I assume you all have seen the rock'em sock'em robot fighting the dodge pick-up commercial. If you haven't be watching for it or scour youtube.
