Is it normal that I haven't received my ohana mug yet?

I was not at the end of the waiting list and I ordered as soon as the link was up and running. I am just wondering if I was not forgotten or something... I was just very anxious to get it.

I'd say that this is abnormal. Dropping Stuckie a line will probably get you on the right track and let you know what's going on with your mug.
