Tiki Hanalei

Anyone know what went into the Tiki Hanalei cocktail from the Islands Restaurant at the Hanalei Hotel in San Diego? I've seen it on old menus and all I know is that it was a flaming drink. So other than 151, anyone know the ingredients?
