Ukelele or Cuatro

I think maybe it is a cuatro from south america, but what ever it is ....this guy can play

I can't open the link for some reason, but a cuban cuatro is similar to a 12 string guitar or mandolin, in that it has paired unison or octave strings.

The guy in the band "Skeeter Truck" plays one.
