can anyone IDENTIFY this little guy?

This little figure was mixed in with a bunch of s&p shakers (he's not one). He's about 3 3/4" tall and totally unmarked. Probably made of some kind of solid, moulded resin. He has a little leie and a hat like King Kamehameha's.

Any idea where he came from, or if he's part of a larger set?

Treasure Craft Menahune. They made a variety of these menahunes. It's made of ceramic. Check the Search feature, I'm sure you'll find other examples.
