Hawaii Kai Coffee Set - Any Info?

Hey Tiki Central folks...I'm looking for info on the set posted below. I just picked it up, and while it's a little more "totem" looking than I normally like, I couldn't pass it up, especially since it's from the NYC Hawaii Kai. I looked on Oooga Mooga, and couldn't find anything either. Thanks for any info, and sorry if there are other posts on this. I searched and couldn't find any.

According to Tiki Quest, the two smaller bowls are for cream and sugar and it also came wit 4 mugs. No manufacturers mark. There was some discussion about this set before but all the photos are now missing. You may want to contact some of the participants.
