Kozy Corner Trailer Park on AZ Route 66

While driving on old AZ Route 66 to Vegas, we spotted this huge green Moai statue on the side of the road. We stopped briefly to snap a few pictures. There was also a Polynesian style building with a sign indicating that this was a trailer park. Unfortunately, there was no one around to inquire about this place. Does anyone have more information about this location? It was strange to see Polynesian architecture in the middle of the desert.
