Recipe: Nacional Daiquiri

Ran across this recipe to use my recently-acquired Fee Bros. peach bitters via Jeffrey Morgenthaler's excellent mixologist blog http://www.jeffreymorgenthaler.com/2007/nacional/ . Made one last night...very tasty!

1 1/2 oz Bacardi Superior (I used Cruzan light)
3/4 oz apricot brandy (I used Bols)
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
2 generous dashes of Fee Brothers peach bitters

Shake ingredients over ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Here is a nice snap shot of cocktails AT the Hotel Nacional in Havana (can't remember names, memory is kinda foggy). :)

I just lit and photographed five classic Cuban cocktails (mixed by Jeff Berry) for my friend Pete Moruzzi's upcoming book on pre-Castro Havana, they came out great, will post them later.
