Shalom Boychiks and Maydeles, Shecky Shekels here to let you know that Meshugga Mel and the whole mishpochah are returning to the homeland (of surf music) to share a little San Franshishki shmaltz with all our southern neighbors. We've got 3 shows lined up: 7/27 Purple Orchid w/Chum 10:00pm We'll nosh, we'll drink a bissel Manischewitz, Kine Ahora! it'll be a wonderful time. Crap. I can't believe I missed this. Other Jewish shows/musicians that are not to be missed Matisyahu Peter Himmelman If you haven't seen Himmelman, I HIGHLY suggest this!! You will laugh your ass off!! This guy is like watching someone perform while on an acid trip. He gets the whole audience involved in the show and it's usually standing room only. He'll have you laughing so hard you'll fall out of your chair. He's coming to "The Mint" Aug 21st. |
