trader vics mai tai glass with recipe?

I've been searching in vain for a trader vic mai tai glass with the tapa print, the vic quote written on one side, and the mai tai recipe written on the other. they sell mai tai glasses on their site, but they don't have the quote or recipe. I think you have to get them at the restaurants, which i am very far from. can anyone help??

The one in BH only ever had the kind with the tapa print. No recipe or quote. Maybe an older style glass. Probably have to search on Ebay or something?
Maybe that was a style used only in Hawaii? There were lots of TV mugs that were only ever used in Hawaii. Just another thought.
