Cool tiki mug find!

A friend of mine gave me this mug. He found it at while cleaning out the house of his recently departed Grandmother. She lived right outside of Chicago. He knew I collected Tiki but wasn't sure if it qualified, and almost threw it away. I told him it definetly was qualified and I believe it to be kinda rare.

Can anyone give me any info on it? I know its in The book of Tiki on page 160. Any info would be appreciated.

It is an early mug from the MaiKai in Ft. Lauderdale.

I believe there is also a big pitcher or some kind of large piece that goes with it w/ same design.
