THESE GUYS ARE TOTALLY ON THE LEVEL.I BOUGHT A 2006 MUG FROM THEM AND WHEN IT ARRIVED NOT ONLY WAS THE 2006 MUG INSIDE BUT A 2004 TOO!!!GREAT MUGS--TOTALLY HONEST VENDOR---JUST BE PATIENT--(F.Y.I- I DON'T WORK FOR THESE GUYS)

dude. 5 days does not mean you've been ripped off in any way. NW Tiki is not a big company, its a bunch of people who put on a cool event once a year for the love of the Tiki.. the mugs were handmade, and they're shipping in the order received. try dropping [email protected] a note, and im sure in a few days, they'll reply....
