Already then, the "Art Forms" map was not among them, because it went missing in the 40s, when it was not returned from the NY Museum of Modern Art (who the maps were loaned to after the Treasure Island Expo had been dismantled).

In the late 90s, the city took these maps down too to renovate the building, and nothing has ever been heard from them since!
