Took some final pictures of some recent projects which have been sold or given away.
The alien TIKI went to my brother for a housewarming gift and now is decorating his indoor bar area which may be going Polynesian. Props to ALIENTIKI for the orignal idea and kind comments in a previous post.

The next tiki was my first hardwood attempt at carving (guessing its Florida Live Oak). The wood is hard as a rock and heavy too. Props to Bowana as the artist of the Tiki I copied from the pages of TC.

This next Tiki was carved by my father many years ago and I just added polished shell inlays to the eyes and gave it another coat of polyurathane. I also gave the little guy some chest definition to make him look tougher. Thanks Dad for taking the time to teach us wood carving and the appreciation of artistic endeavors.
