Cutting Edge Voodoo Folk Art Ceramics

I just wanted to share a couple of cool pics of pieces by a couple of artists whose work is up on E-bay right now. This first artist, Ron Dahline, has two folk art jugs up. One of them even has a shrunken head attached.

This third jug is by another artist, D.A. Norton, who decided to take up the Voodoo theme challenge as well.

Norton has a website up at http://www.getclay.com/enter.asp. I e-mailed him to see if he was interested in doing any Tiki themed work. He said it's something he's been thinking about and that we can expect some Tiki themed pieces in the near future.

2008 should be really cool!

The first two are amazing. A lot of work when into the glazing alone. I will have to see if I can find it on Ebay.
