Polynesian Pidgeon recipe from Mauna Loa Detroit

Hi. I am trying to find the recipe for the drink "Polynesian Pidgeon" served in one of the now "holy grails" of tiki mugs. I was wondering if any of the drink recipes have survived from the Mauna Loa? Also did the Mauna Loa have a signature cocktail or employ any famous bartenders the short time they were open?
