Towhees like Tiki too! - General Tiki

I go out to see what the fuss is all about and there's this little Towhee (a native Northwest bird) jumping up from the window ledge outside and banging his beak on the window. I shoo him off, but he keeps coming back. He was still banging away when I left around 9 a.m. My daughter calls me later to tell me he's still at it (after 11 a.m.). She figures it's because of all the thatch stuff in our dining room! Hadn't even THOUGHT of that! So, I guess our local birds are attempting to put a Tiki bar in their new nest - VERY hip little birds! LOL At least he wasn't trying to suicide on my window!
