I found this funky mirrored plant hanger

More interesting, attached to the back, was this card:

Kinda hard to google info on it (search words are "Afro-American","Primitive Art" and "Tiki". hmmm....) and the phone number's a bust (don't even have and area code).

Any info or suggestions?
