Does anyone know the status of Cacao Coffee House in West LA ?

A while back, I got an email from the owner of CACAO saying that they were being forced out of their location by the landlord.

Does anyone know the status of cacao ? It is probably one of the first places of the tiki revival...Shag's first art show was there.

It was a neat little place. Does anyone know if they are still in business ? Their MySpace page was last logged in in mid March...not a good sign....
