If you have to buy a card anyway

Did I miss this in a previous thread on mass tiki production, or are these silly card/keychains at Chez Target new? I was buying a baby shower gift and figured if I have to buy a card anyway, why not give the recipient the tiki card with tiki key chain. Is it totally for the masses? Yes. Do I have to give a card? Yes. Might as well be tiki.
