Speaking of the Kona Kai Club

My 20 year reunion is going to be at the Kona Kai on Shelter Island. (iain't goin)I do not/can not believe it is the same place. (i ain't goin) If I had a gorilla suit I might go. They require a monkey suit which I will NOT wear.

Does anyone have a totally tikified/tapafied monkey suit I could wear? (iain't goin) I am a 44 long.

That's strange they named it the Kona Kai again, I wonder what the motivation for that was? It had been the Shelter Pointe hotel (all these years) since it got sold and they made a mess of it.

It looked very Mediterranean when I drove by weeks ago. I actually didn't even notice the name of the establishment.
I will do another drive by on the way in to Bali Hai.
