On Wednesday, May 21st at 7:00PM, Forbidden Island is pleased to welcome St. George Spirits Distiller Lance Winters as he discusses the history & craft of Absinthe. Lance is the mind behind the first legally produced Absinthe in the United States since 1912, made right here in Alameda. Lance will discuss the complex array of herbs & botanicals that go into making this unique and legendary spirit.

Darn! I knew it was a mistake to make plans in the city on a Wednesday night! If there weren't other people involved in my immovable plans, I would so be at FI for what looks like an informative and fun event!
