Well, because I have been asking myself for ages WHERE this certain unique brand name might have originated from: It is such a great word juxtaposition, a combination of an utterly Hawaiian word, and an equally typical German word, both part of the international pop culture dictionary --written even in a typeface that is really cool-- and all that on a totally unromantic industrial utilitarian object!
