Recently a bar opened in Copenhagen that was inspired by his work, as can be seen in the cocktails served there, among them even the Sven-Tiki (I thought nobody mixes that one anymore): http://www.intoxica.dk/ The interior is a modern minimalist take on the Tiki Bar, more like many of the stylish new European cocktail bars a la Mixology Magazine than classic Tiki, but they did a really fine job, I think, and their menu design (with a touch of Tiki Modern) and drink presentation is very promising (scroll down): http://www.intoxica.dk/downloads/intoxica_cocktail_card.pdf [ Edited by: bigbrotiki 2008-06-02 12:12 ]

What's Gromit's Grog like? I see it listed under world rums and it appears in quite a few of the tiki drinks. Is it similar to anything available in the US (or is it here and I have not found it yet?)
