Is this a Craigslist scammer?

Just wondering if this is someone trying to scam me on Craigslist, over something that I want to sell. I posted the main thread in Beyond Tiki, because the item that I'm selling is not Tiki. But I thought I'd post a link to the thread here, where everyone who deals with buying and selling merchandise online will see it, instead of it being buried over in Beyond Tiki. Thanks for looking, and let me know what this person's angle is.

These are scam artist.I received emails similar about surfboards I was selling
on Craigs list.Only do business with someone locally in So Cal .Only accept cash
or USPS money orders-period.No cashier checks.
