Technical Tweaking

Hi Guys .
I have a have computer , that has Vista as it's O.S.
Amongst the usual glitches we get with a new machine , I have a very annoying one .

I cannot get the bloody thing to lock on to to my user-name and password for this forum .
I can, if I choose , get it to remember the name and password , which it enters with a prompt ,
but the full time log-on , that I get with other forums on here , and that I get , including this forum , on my XP computers , is not a happening thing .

So , does anyone know of a conflict between Tiki Central and Vista ?

Have you checked the "Store my username in a cookie for 1 year" button under TC's "Edit Preferences" (just up above and to the right)? I've found I can't stay logged in here without using it....
