Among many boxes brought back from the long drive home after Hurricane Jeanne hit us at Hukilau 2004, I discovered a box with this mug. In perfect condition and I will include a few items from that fateful event with the mug. I personally picked the theme of this mug for Derek to design. It is a tribute to the Cannibal tikis that were part of the Mai Kai logo for many years. I also picked the glaze color from many Tiki Farm had to offer. This was to be sold as an artist proof, but that plan got sidetracked over the years, and they ended up in a box in the attic.
