Speaking of Flaming Moe, an official Simpsons pint glass lists a recipe:

• 4 oz. Tequila
• 4 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
• 4 oz. Creme de Menthe
• 2 oz. Grape Soda

As I recall from the TV episode, the drink contained children's cough syrup, so substitute that for the grape soda, and ignite.
