Ko Ko Nut - Bahooka

Does anyone know the recipe for this? I remember enjoying it the last time I was there and I remember that it was in the "Vodka" section of drinks. Other than that, my mind fades.....

Does anyone know anything else about it?

Says the Ko Ko Nut is a "Tropical Vodka" drink with coconut, pineapple, and almond creme. It's a start.

Would anybody have any idea of measurements? I am not too skilled in the ways have mixology.
